For years I have been passionate about natural ways of influencing human health, beauty and well-being as well as restoring internal balance and harmony. I completed a Japanese Face Lifting and Face Reflexology course. Since then, I have been intensively involved in personal development. I have participated in many breathing sessions led by Krystyna Luzar. Thanks to conscious breathing, I regained more vitality and life energy in a natural way.
