I am an educator, teacher (MA, EdD) and therapist. I have graduated from Rebirthing School in Dublin and the Leaders Academy in Therapeutic Psychology and Self Development in Poland. I am also certified Crisis Consultant. In my coaching and therapeutic practice, I am combining breathing work with therapeutic approaches. Among my favourites are the Inner Child work, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and TLT (Time Line Therapy).[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”25px”][vc_column_text]I am very passionate about the developmental potential of human beings and ways of facilitating our inner growth.
