My name is Krystyna Luzar, I am a therapist and Gestalt counsellor. I do individual therapy for adults, couples and families, helping them deal with their emotional and existential problems. I help them with anxiety, psychosomatic difficulties in marriages and families. I also help people who are interested in self development, who are working on improving quality of life.
- I attend individual supervision regularly, and my supervisor is a member of a Polish Psychology Association and EAGP as well in Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy IACP.
